Swedish vegetarian/vegan cooking

GreenIsaDream cooking classes offers vegetarian and vegan cooking classes in Stockholm in English- perfect for expats or tourists on a short visit.

This is an introduction to Swedish traditional food- but made vegetarian or vegan! The Swedish traditional cuisine is not famous for its vegetarian dishes even though we have a history in harvesting plenty of legumes and grains, picking berries, wild mushroom, nuts and seeds.

Cooking together is both fun and social. A cooking class with GreenIsaDream gives you lots of new inspiration, knowledge in vegetarian food, the Swedish cuisine and of course a great vacation memory!

We will cook fresh summer dishes typical for Sweden, covering main dishes, side dishes and dessert. You’ll start with a classic Swedish "fika" while Isa takes you through an introduction to vegan cooking and nutrition. The menu is explained and we will hand out recipes and aprons. You will be divided into small groups and get to cook the different dishes under close guidance of Isa. In the end of the class you’ll sit down and enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner together.

We take groups of 4-15 participants every day- daytime or evenings. The cooking class is 3 hours totally inkl. lunch or dinner.
